Alfonso E. Gillette IV was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. He comes from a loving and quite large family (shout out to the Gillette/Eubanks) and takes great pride in his “Cincy” roots. Melanie F. Russell was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio and comes from a small but just as loving, close-knit family. Although on opposite sides of the state, both were brought up knowing that it wasn’t enough to achieve success for yourself but to give back and help propel others forward. Alfonso and Melanie met at The Ohio State University in 2011. Over the years, they've grown together and are currently planning their wedding set for 2023! 

 

Having achieved early success as individuals, as a result to those who paid it forward for them, Alfonso and Melanie believe that now is the perfect time to start investing back into the communities that have invested so much into them.
